Wherever possible and safe to do so, we would discuss this with you first.
Information sent outside the UK

Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK and EU approved contract terms or certification under the relevant data transfer framework.

Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted within 12 months.
Clinical notes and records are kept for 7 years after our work together ends, in line with professional and insurance guidance, and then securely destroyed.
Financial records are kept for 6 years to meet our legal obligations.
How we keep your information secure
We keep records in encrypted systems, use two-step verification on our accounts, and limit access to Elena and Marina. Clinical notes are kept to what is necessary and do not include more identifying detail than the work requires.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate, and in some circumstances to ask us to delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it to you or another provider. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and where we rely on our legitimate interests, you can object.
Some of these rights are limited where we have a professional or legal obligation to keep records, and we will explain this if it applies. To make a request, email info@rousandmost.com. We will respond within one month and will not charge a fee in most cases.
