Three-day intensive

The three-day intensive is our most comprehensive format, recommended for couples facing significant distress, a major rupture, or an important turning point in the relationship, where the work genuinely needs sustained time to reach the depth required.

Who this suits

This format tends to suit couples in crisis, recovering from a serious breach of trust, considering separation and wanting one thorough final attempt to understand whether the relationship can be repaired, or facing patterns so longstanding and entrenched that shorter formats wouldn't give enough room to properly work through them. It also suits couples with demanding schedules or international lives, for whom a concentrated block of days is more realistic to arrange than an ongoing weekly commitment.

What to expect

Three days allows for the fullest process: understanding what's happening and why, working through the relational wounds underneath it, and building the practical skills to sustain real change once the intensive ends. The work moves in stages, insight, then repair, then integration, with time between each day to reflect and let what's surfaced settle, rather than everything being compressed into a single unbroken stretch. This is the format best suited to genuinely complex situations, where real change requires more than a single day or two can hold.
